Privacy notice
When you submit an inquiry, ECHO Research saves your name, email address, project note and selected products. We use these details to respond to your request and follow up on your project.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in our server database and are accessible through a protected administrator account. We also send an email notification to our business team. A saved inquiry remains available to the team if the email notification fails.
Retention and requests
We currently retain inquiries for manual review without automatic deletion. To request access, correction or removal, contact the team through the contact page and identify the inquiry concerned. We review these requests manually.
Browser drafts and security
Your product selection is stored in your browser, and project note drafts are stored in the current browser tab. Unsubmitted contact details are not saved to the server. Our abuse prevention uses salted IP hashes and temporary request counters; raw IP addresses and inquiry contents are not included in application logs.
